Captain Bill has over 17 years of  experience chartering and cruising on power yachts of all kinds, primarily on the east coast of the US and in the Chesapeake Bay areas. He has done numerous deliveries (both as captain and crew) along the east coast of the US.

  • USCG Licensed Master
  • Graduate of the Chapman School of Seamanship course in Yacht and Small Boat Surveying.
  • Accredited Marine Surveyor (AMS) in the Society of Accredited Marine Surveyors (SAMS)
  • Certified in standards by the American Boat and Yacht Council (ABYC).
